Enterprises listed in the scope of rectification should seriously conduct self-examination and self correction in accordance with the newly revised law of the people's Republic of China on the prevention and control of occupational diseases and other laws, regulations and standards newly formulated and revised by the State Administration of the people's Republic of China, the implementation opinions of Hubei Province on the implementation of the national plan for the prevention and control of occupational diseases (2009-2015), the industrial standards and the guiding opinions on the management of occupational hazards in various industries, The hidden danger that can be rectified immediately shall be rectified immediately. 1f it cannot be rectified immediately, the rectification plan shall be formulated and reported to the local municipal (state) safety supervision department for record, and the rectification shall be carried out within a time limit. Before January 31, 2013, all localities will report the list of enterprises listed in the rectification plan to the Provincial Bureau of work safety (including electronic version)< (5) inspection and supervision stage (from June 1 to June 31, 2013). According to the laws, regulations and standards of occupational disease prevention and control, all localities checked and inspected the corporate governance of five industries within their jurisdiction according to the governance work plan, and put forward further rectification opinions for those not rectified in place, and tracked and supervised them. Serious violations of laws and regulations shall be given administrative punishment according to law. For those who have serious occupational hazards, fail to rectify or refuse to rectify, they shall stop production for rectification or close down in accordance with the law and impose corresponding administrative penalties< (6) final acceptance stage (from July 1 to September 31, 2013). Each city (prefecture) safety supervision department shall dispatch supervisors and 2-3 occupational health experts to form an occupational hazard control acceptance working group to conduct spot check and acceptance on the enterprises under its jurisdiction (the acceptance scheme shall be issued separately). The number of enterprises in each industry of a city (state) shall not be less than 5, and all enterprises with less than 5 shall be accepted. The type and number of enterprises in each county (city, district) shall be determined by the safety supervision department of each city (state) according to the situation of enterprises. The safety supervision departments directly in charge of the city, forest region and county (city, district) shall check and accept all the enterprises under their jurisdiction. The Provincial Bureau of work safety will lead the occupational health technical service institutions and transfer some city (prefecture) occupational health supervisors and experts to form three to four supervision groups to conduct spot check and supervision on the governance situation in some areas of the province, and conduct spot check and detection on the occupational hazard factors in the workplace. 1f it is found that the occupational health work fails to meet the governance objectives, administrative penalty shall be imposed according to law< (1) strengthen organizational leadership.
