2017 anti static clothing Research Report (excerpt)

Production and life are all connected with static electricity, which directly or potentially brings different degrees of harm to human beings. There are a large number of flammable and explosive places in petroleum, chemical and other industries, which are easy to cause electrostatic explosion accidents. According to statistics, most of the fire and explosion accidents in gunpowder, chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum and other workplaces are caused by spark discharge due to the electrostatic exceeding the safety limit

human body will generate static electricity due to contact, induction and adsorption. People wear clothing, clothing and clothing and human body are constantly close contact and separation, different materials of clothing through contact with different symbols of static electricity; When a person approaches a charged object or person, the human body is charged with the same symbol by electrostatic induction. When a person leaves a charged object (or person), the human body is charged with static electricity by induction; After people move in the space of charged particles or small droplets (dust, water vapor, oil vapor), charged particles or small droplets fall on the human body and are absorbed by the human body, causing the human body to carry static electricity. A large amount of static electricity is produced in the process of human body’s various activities, and its voltage can be as high as several thousand volts. The generation of static electricity is closely related to the material of human body’s clothing, the intensity of activities, the type of labor tools used, the conductivity of the ground, and the temperature and humidity of the surrounding environment, such as walking on the ordinary ground with shoes (normal speed), the static voltage on clothing (1200-1500) v, When sliding on the leatherette chair, the static voltage on the garment is (1500-2800) v. when taking off the coat, the static voltage on the garment is (5000-7000) v. For a long time, people use grounding, shielding, neutralization and other ways to eliminate the harm of static electricity. Anti static work clothes is a kind of labor protection articles with the function of eliminating or reducing the harm of human body static electricity. 1n order to minimize the electrostatic charge on the human body and reduce the risk of electrostatic accidents, people working in various flammable and explosive places or sensitive places such as precision electronics must wear anti-static clothes. 1n order to reduce the harm of human body static electricity and provide the basis for development and decision-making, it is necessary to carry out special research on each link of anti-static clothing industry chain

in December 2016, the labor protection products professional committee of Jiangsu textile distribution industry association formulated an investigation scheme and formulated an investigation outline. The investigation team conducted a special investigation on the production, operation, research and inspection units of anti-static clothing in Jiangsu Province. The investigation units and enterprises include: School of textile engineering, Jiangnan University Jiangsu Textile Research 1nstitute Co., Ltd., Yihe Co., Ltd., Nantong Baojian special professional Clothing Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Gongwei Clothing Co., Ltd., Baoying HengAn needle textile Co., Ltd., Kangdiya high-end fabric (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., Changzhou Saifu safety protection products Co., Ltd., Jiangsu special safety protection products quality supervision and inspection center Suzhou Security 1ndustry Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Province labor protection products quality supervision and inspection station. With the active support and strong cooperation of the participating units and relevant sectors, the preliminary research report was formed in January 2017, and this research report was formed in February 2017 on the basis of widely soliciting opinions on the first draft of the research report

1. The development of anti-static equipment

China’s electrostatic protection began in the 1960s. During this period, petroleum, chemical, coal mining and other industries developed rapidly, and the explosion and fire accidents caused by static electricity increased gradually. Some petrochemical, coal mine and occupational safety departments began to study and control the fire and explosion accidents caused by static electricity. The anti-static equipment of electronics and medicine industry started later than petrochemical, pyrotechnics and coal mine systems. 1t is based on the study of the damage of micro electronic devices and components caused by static electricity and how to prevent this damage. 1t started in the mid-1970s. The anti-static problem of the electronic industry was still in its infancy in the early development of 1T industry in China in the 1970s. Since the 1980s, the computer, communication, integrated circuit and other industries have entered a period of rapid development. The problem of electrostatic hazards is prominent, which has had a negative impact on the production of large-scale integrated circuits and the development of electronic information in China. 1n addition, the problem of static electricity also involves the quality of military products. Almost at the same time, the introduction of a large number of foreign capital put forward new anti-static concepts and requirements for microelectronics production environment, and accelerated the formation of anti-static equipment industry. The electronic anti-static equipment industry was formed from 1984 to 1991, during which the standard of anti-static overalls (gb12014-1989) was issued. The period from 1993 to 2001 is a period of rapid development of China’s national defense electrostatic equipment industry. The anti-static equipment industry has developed greatly, forming three industrial concentration areas, namely, the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta and the Bohai rim economic circle. The first edition of the anti-static clothing standard in 2009 was revised, and the anti-static clothing standard (gb12014-2009) was issued
