The correct wearing and removal method of single value noise reduction foam earplugs tested according to the international standard ISO 4969-2
1. Wash your hands and rub the round part of the earplugs thin (only applicable to bullet and cylindrical earplugs)

3. Gently hold the earplugs until the earplugs are fully inflated and shaped.
