1. Annual review method:
(1) on the basis of self inspection, the enterprise provides annual review materials to the safety sign management center of special labor protection articles< (2) the management center for safety signs of special labor protection articles reviews the annual examination materials provided by enterprises and conducts spot checks, accounting for 30% of the total number of production enterprises that have obtained safety signs certificates of special labor protection articles2. The enterprise shall provide the following annual review materials to the management center of safety signs of special labor protection articles: (1) original of safety signs certificate of special labor protection articles (Chinese and English versions)< (2) annual audit form for safety signs of special labor protection articles (see Annex 1, which can be downloaded from www.chinasafety.ac.cn/la Download or download the column of "Management Center for safety signs of special labor protection articles" www.chinasafety.gov.cn "Theme service - labor protection - Safety signs of special labor protection articles" column download)< (3) one original and one duplicate of the business license of the enterprise< (4) copies of the certificate of ownership and use right of the production site (house property certificate, land use right certificate, lease contract, certificate of shared property right of large state-owned enterprises and certificate of self built house in rural homestead) 3. The production enterprises participating in the annual review shall take samples by themselves according to the sampling quantity requirements, fill in the annual review sampling list of safety signs of special labor protection articles, affix the official seal, and send it to the safety production inspection and inspection institution (see Annex 3 for the sampling list, and the download method is the same as Annex 1)< 4. For the enterprises that pass the annual examination, the management center of safety signs for special labor protection articles shall affix the special seal for annual examination on the annual examination column of safety signs certificate for special labor protection articles, indicate the date and make an announcement< 5. According to the rules for the implementation of safety signs of special labor protection articles, the safety signs of special labor protection articles of production units that fail to pass the annual examination shall be cancelled and announced< (6) enterprises that fail to conduct annual review as required, exceed the time limit of annual review, or delay the submission of annual review materials without justified reasons shall be treated as unqualified in the annual review< 7. 1f the annual review materials do not meet the requirements and need to be rectified, it shall be completed within 2 months from the date of the rectification notice. 1f the rectification is not completed within the time limit or the rectification is unqualified, it shall be treated as unqualified in the annual review< 8. The printing pattern of safety signs must meet the requirements of Annex 2 of the implementation rules for safety signs of special labor protection articles< 9.
