the three achievements passed the appraisal are: the application research of degradable bamboo charcoal regenerated cellulose fiber and the development of functional ecological textiles, the functional application research of coconut carbon fiber and the development of a series of ecological products, and the functional research and development of germanium fiber series of ecological textiles

bamboo charcoal regenerated cellulose fiber, coconut charcoal fiber and germanium fiber are all new functional fibers introduced in recent years. Degradable bamboo charcoal regenerated cellulose fiber is made by adding nano bamboo charcoal particles into viscose fiber. 1t has strong adsorption and decomposition ability. 1t has the functions of absorbing peculiar smell, deodorizing, moisture absorption, quick drying and air permeability. 1t also has the health care properties of antibacterial, producing negative ions, emitting far-infrared and ultraviolet rays. At the same time, it can be naturally degraded. Coconut carbon fiber adopts a new modified polyester fiber carrier material and uses waste coconut shell, which is in line with the development trend of recyclable resources. At the same time, it also has the functions of moisture absorption, odor removal, negative ion generation, far infrared emission, UV protection, etc. Moreover, because the micropore area of coconut carbon is 4 times larger than that of bamboo carbon, it has better air permeability than bamboo carbon, so it has stronger adsorption capacity. Germanium fiber also uses modified polyester carrier material, adding germanium element, so that when the product is worn close to the body, it can emit far infrared rays under the action of human body temperature and produce negative oxygen ions. Moreover, trace germanium element in the fiber can be absorbed through the skin and enter the body to form organic germanium, which is beneficial to human health

on the basis of systematic research on the properties of new fibers, the three projects innovatively solved the difficulties in the process of interweaving, dyeing and finishing of new fibers and various fibers, adopted ecological processing technology, energy conservation and emission reduction, and realized cleaner production, which provided a feasible basis for the industrial production and market application of the one-stop processing of spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing of domestic new fibers. Experts from the appraisal committee agreed that the three achievements are advanced in technology and reasonable in technology, and all have reached the international advanced level
