Product details:
This one-piece suit is made of polyester fiber, the double-sided coating is Hypalon fire-resistant fabric, 550 grams per square meter / Viton Butyl Kevlar Butyl fabric, 610 grams per square meter. The built-in respirator is placed inside the coverall. DELTA’s unique tailoring method minimizes the number of seams. The two sealed zippers on the waist and head can open the coverall, ensuring that the mask can be installed quickly in emergency situations. The coverall has an embedded mask. The components and internal bonding seams are double vulcanized inside and outside to seal the seams. Standard size safety boots: 43-44 (other sizes possible: 40-41, 42, 45, 46-47) and standard size gloves: 9-9.5 (existing sizes: 10-10.5) Connect to the coverall. The suit also includes 4 valves (4 mbar) to reduce internal pressure (2 valves on the chest and 2 on the legs).
At the same time, it is equipped with gloves that cannot be unscrewed. And double protective mask (built-in mask is suitable for various types of built-in respirators). The breathing mask used by the customer must be grade 3 and meet the EN-136 standard. Our mask assembly system is compatible with most masks on the market.

Instructions for use:
Protective clothing can protect the wearer from liquid and gaseous chemicals, including liquid sol and solid particles. Before use, check to ensure that the built-in respirator is working properly. Fully open the protective clothing, fix and adjust the built-in respirator. Wear the bottom first, then the sleeves, then the head. Adjust the mask. Connect the internal respirator hose to the mask connector and open the valve. Close the protective clothing completely (head and back).
Prohibited: It is
forbidden to use this coverall when it exceeds the scope of use of this product (especially when exposed to fire). Remember that when testing the product’s anti-permeability properties, the concentration of each chemical is tested at a given temperature. Storage instructions:
Store the product in its original packaging, in a dry place, away from sunlight. Short-term storage: Hang the product upside down, or hang it on a large hook, and store it in a cool, dry place. Long-term storage: apply powder on the coverall, clean and lubricate the zipper, carefully fold the coverall, and store it in a bag or other protective box.
Cleaning/Maintenance Instructions: After
each use, please wash before taking off the coveralls to prevent dust from entering the clothes. Neutralize chemicals spilled on clothes (sodium carbonate solution to neutralize acid, acidic substance to neutralize alkali). Rinse with clean water. If the spilled substance is not soluble in general solvents, please use the compatible substances listed in the chemical substance table and rinse. Wash the inside of the clothes with a sponge coated with soap and rinse them. It is best to disinfect the clothes with a suitable substance after each use. Please use a stiff brush for the final cleaning. Before storage, lubricate the front and back sides of the zipper with beeswax or non-acid grease, open and close the zipper two to three times to spread the beeswax evenly. Drying clothes: Dry clothes in dry air, you can use a dryer, drying oven, etc. The performance of the clothes is related to the general condition of the clothes after use. If there are cracks or tears on the surface of the clothes, replace them.
