Product description:
This coverall is made of polyester fiber, double-sided coating is Hypalon Fireproof fabric, 550 grams per square meter. Positive pressure air breathing apparatus with external type. DELTA’s unique tailoring method minimizes the number of seams. The sealed zipper extends from under the crotch to around the head. The components and internal bonding seams are double vulcanized inside and outside to seal the seams. The removable tight fitting device can integrate standard size safety boots: 40-44 and standard size gloves: 9-9.5 into the coverall. The suit also includes 4 valves (4 mbar) to reduce internal pressure (2 valves on the chest and 2 on the legs).
At the same time, it is equipped with gloves that cannot be unscrewed.
The breathing mask used by the customer must be grade 3 and meet the EN-136 standard. Our mask assembly system is compatible with most masks on the market.

. Instructions:
Protective clothing can protect the wearer from liquid and gaseous chemicals, including liquid sols and solid particles. Before use, check to ensure that the respirator is working properly. Open the protective clothing completely, wear the bottom first, then the sleeves, then the head. Adjust the mask. Close the protective clothing completely (head and back). Install and adjust breathing apparatus. Connect the breathing apparatus to the mask and open the valve.

forbidden to use this one-piece suit beyond the scope of use of this product (especially operations in contact with fire, explosive materials and extreme weather environments).

Storage instructions:
Store the product in its original packaging, in a dry place, away from sunlight. Short-term storage: Hang the product upside down, or hang it on a large hook, and store it in a cool, dry place. Long-term storage: Apply powder on the coverall, clean and lubricate the zipper, carefully fold the coverall, and store it in a bag or other protective box.
Cleaning/Maintenance Instructions: After
each use, please wash before taking off the coveralls to prevent dust from entering the clothes. Neutralize chemicals splashed on clothes (sodium carbonate solution to neutralize acid, acidic substance to neutralize alkali). Rinse with clean water. If the spilled substance is not soluble in general solvents, please use the compatible substances listed in the chemical substance table and rinse. Use a sponge coated with soap to clean the inside of the clothes and rinse them. It is best to disinfect the clothes with a suitable substance after each use. Please use a hard-bristled brush for final cleaning. Before storage, lubricate the front and back sides of the zipper with beeswax or non-acid grease, open and close the zipper two to three times to spread the beeswax evenly. Dry clothes: Dry clothes in dry air, you can use a dryer, drying oven, etc. The performance of the clothes is related to the general condition of the clothes after use. If there are cracks or tears on the surface of the clothes, replace them.
