This winter clothing can be well protected from the cold within 8 hours at -30C and under normal activities ( If worn with LADUT winter clothes). Note: every product
thermal performance and minimum temperature is determined by EN342 standards and B standards. This article is only applicable when the clothing is worn with the thermal insulation suit. The following
are the ambient temperature conditions when thermal equilibrium is reached under different activities and different contact times (the lowest temperature is for reference only):
Wearing for 1 hour:
-Very small activity, body metabolism 90 W /m² (standing still or sitting, Slight arm activity) = -24-Small
activity, body metabolism 115 W /m² (walking or standing at a speed of 2 km/h with slight arm activity) = -47
-Moderate activity, body metabolism 170 W /m² (walking or standing at a speed of 4 to 5 kilometers/hour, upper body activity) = -62 for
8 hours:
-Very small activity, body metabolism 90 W /m² (standing still or sitting , Slight arm activity) = -3
-small amplitude activity, body metabolism 115 W /m² (walking or standing at a speed of 2 km/h with slight arm activity) = -16
-moderate activity, body metabolism 170 W /m² (walking or standing at a speed of 4 to 5 kilometers/hour, upper body movement) = -43
These values are set under no wind conditions, at this time the radiation temperature is equal to the equilibrium air temperature. In these cases, adequate protection must be provided to the hands, feet and head.
