Emergency preparation and rescue measures for high rise residential buildings

(1) General requirements

for fire emergency matters, the technology department is responsible for preparing the project fire protection scheme and fire protection plan (which can also be used as the chapter of the construction organization design) in combination with the construction organization design. The material department is responsible for the purchase, allocation and acceptance of the fire protection materials, the safety management department is responsible for the use and management of the fire protection materials, and organizes the establishment of the project volunteer fire brigade. The fire protection plan and fire protection plan shall focus on the preparation of emergency preparation and response measures for fire protection work in inflammable and explosive areas such as material warehouse and oil depot. The plan and plan shall be implemented after being approved by the general contracting project manager and the director of security inspection

the safety management department is responsible for organizing anti Taiwan, fire drill and on-site casualty first aid drill at appropriate time to verify the skills of corresponding personnel, the integrity of equipment and instruments, the effectiveness of emergency measures and the smooth communication channel.
