High-end safety protection equipment
When we are exposed to noise, we must protect our hearing.
What is noise? It should be said that it is annoying and annoying. The voices that people don’t want to hear are voices. Noise is a kind of sound and is also produced by the vibration of objects. There are two means to measure whether sound is harmful to our ears: frequency and intensity. Frequency is the number of vibrations of a sound wave in one second, expressed in Hertz (Hz). We can understand frequency as pitch. High frequency means sharp sound, while low frequency means thick sound. The intensity of the sound. It is expressed in negative (dB), which represents the pressure or intensity of the sound wave. In daily life, we understand it as volume, some soft, some noisy. When the frequency or intensity of the sound reaches a certain level, it becomes harmful to us.

There are three main technical ways to control occupational noise hazards: One is to control the noise source; the other is to reduce noise in the transmission route; the third is to take personal protective measures: such as wearing ear protectors.
For workers exposed to noise, when exposed to workplaces with 80dB¡ÜLEX, 8h<85dB, the employer shall equip them with appropriate hearing protectors according to the needs of the workers; when exposed to LEX, work with 8h¡Ý85dB The employer must equip workers with appropriate hearing protectors and guide workers to wear and use them correctly (see Annex 2). For details, please refer to “Guide to Selection of Hearing Protectors” (GB/T23466).
Work safety should be people-oriented, adhere to safe development, adhere to safety, prevention, and comprehensive management, strengthen and implement the main responsibility of the production and operation unit, establish the responsibility of the production and operation unit, employee participation, supervision, industry self-discipline and social supervision Mechanisms.

At present, the more common protective footwear includes: toe protection safety shoes, electrically insulating shoes, anti-static shoes, conductive shoes, heat-resistant shoes, puncture-proof shoes, cold-proof shoes, waterproof shoes, oil-resistant protective shoes, Chemical-resistant industrial rubber boots and plastic molded boots, etc. The function of protective footwear is mainly set according to the working environment and conditions. Generally, it has the functions of anti-skid, anti-puncture, and anti-extrusion. In addition, it has specific functions, such as anti-conduction and anti-corrosion.
Wearing safety shoes of appropriate size can help maintain the wearer’s foot health and the durability of the shoes. Pay attention to personal hygiene, and users should keep their feet and shoes clean and dry. Clean safety shoes regularly, but solvents should not be used as cleaning agents. In addition, the soles must also be cleaned frequently to avoid accumulation of dirt. The conductivity or anti-static performance of the soles will be affected by the amount of dirt attached and the bending condition. Store safety shoes in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place.
Use of anti-static shoes: If it is necessary to reduce the accumulation of static electricity by dissipating static charges, so as to avoid ignition of sparks such as flammable substances and vapors, at the same time, if the electric shock from any electrical appliances or live parts has not been eliminated, then Anti-static shoes must be used.
Note that because the anti-static shoes only add a resistor between the foot and the ground, it cannot guarantee adequate protection against electric shock. If the electric shock has not been eliminated, additional measures to avoid this are necessary. Such measures, like the additional tests mentioned below, should be a routine part of workplace accident prevention procedures.
Experience has shown that for anti-static purposes, at any time during the entire life of the shoe, the discharge path through the product should usually have a resistance of less than 1000M¦¸. When the voltage reaches 250V, in case of any electrical failure, in order to ensure some limited protection against electric shock or ignition, the resistance ** limit of new shoes is specified as 100K¦¸.
In some cases, users should be aware that insufficient protection may be provided and should always take additional measures to protect the wearer.
