The standard is set to protect the employees within the arc safety limit by using protective clothing with ATPV value of corresponding hazard risk classification. The unit of ATPV is cal / cm2, which represents the thermal protection value of arc, and is used to reflect the maximum protection performance of arc protection materials, especially arc protection clothing
