Nanogate of Germany introduces filter material with static electricity

nanogate company of Germany has recently developed a new technology permastatic for adding static electricity to the filter material, that is, adding a storage layer to the filter material to make it carry static electricity permanently. The technology is to cover the surface of the filter fiber with an electric storage layer of less than 100nm to attract dust particles by static electricity, so as to improve the filtration performance without changing the fiber density. According to reports, the technology can also be used to replace the filter media with high-performance media, in order to improve the filtration performance and maintain the same permeability. The results show that the electrostatic retention rate of polypropylene and polyester is 56.1% and 61.7% respectively before and after permastatic treatment, they are 93% and 99.1% respectively
