Nantong Baojian: what is aramid flame retardant cloth

Aramid flame retardant fiber (scientific name: meta aromatic polyamide, known as Aramid 1313 fiber in China) is a kind of permanent flame retardant fiber, which has the advantages of heat resistance, high strength, high wear resistance, good softness, low shrinkage, stable chemical structure, combustion without droplet and toxic gas

the fabric made of aramid flame retardant fiber has good dimensional stability and can be used at 250 ℃ for a long time. 1ts thermal shrinkage is only 1%. The softening temperature of the fiber is 373 ℃. The fiber begins to decompose when it is over 400 ℃. When it decomposes, the cloth surface thickens and the fiber expands. The outer surface of the cloth is 900-1300 ℃ to isolate heat transfer without cracking

1. Stock solution dyeing: add dye before fiber spinning and weaving, never fade2. Post dyeing: the fiber is made into yarn or cloth for post dyeing, and the color fastness, dry and wet friction are more than 3 grades.

antistatic fiber can be added when weaving, and the cloth can be treated with oil and water repellent treatment to make clothing with the following functions:

1. Permanent heat resistance and flame retardancy, LO1 greater than 28
