Noise deafness is increasing year by year, and the cases come from 37 industries

the number of deafness cases caused by sound is increasing year by year, and the cases come from 37 industries

since March 3 of each year was determined as national ear love day in 2000, the publicity and education activities of ear love day have made some efforts to popularize the scientific knowledge of public ear protection, avoid and reduce the occurrence of deafness, and improve the quality of life of hearing-impaired people. Noise induced deafness has gradually attracted the attention of the government and medical circles

long term exposure to high-intensity noise can cause hearing loss in one third of the workers. 1f you are exposed to high-intensity noise for a short time, you will feel harsh and uncomfortable. Exposure to high-intensity noise for a long time can lead to hearing loss. With the extension of exposure time, hearing can not return to normal level, which becomes permanent hearing loss and eventually leads to noise deafness

the effect of noise on workers’ auditory system is a gradual process. 1t is reported that about 29% of people will lose their hearing when they work in the environment of 95dB noise for a long time. Even if the noise is only 85dB, 10% of people will suffer from deafness. Many research reports show that high intensity noise also has different degrees of influence on nervous system, blood circulation system, endocrine system, digestive system, vision, hearing, intelligence, etc., which will lead to a series of physiological and pathological changes of human body. Therefore, we should take effective measures to eliminate or control the noise hazards< There are four characteristics of noise induced deafness in China. 1n the past eight years, 91.05% of the noise deafness cases were male and 8.95% were female, which is in line with the characteristics of male and female workers choosing employment< The number of reported cases increased year by year. According to the report year of occupational disease, the noise deafness cases were preliminarily analyzed. The results showed that the noise deafness cases were increasing year by year. For example, the noise deafness cases reported in 2011 increased by 46.85% compared with 2010, 77.78% compared with 2010, and 21.06% compared with 2011. According to the characteristics of noise hazard, the hearing hazard caused by noise will continue to increase in the future 3 the distribution characteristics of the economic types of the enterprises to which the cases belong are obvious. According to the economic type of the enterprises, the noise deafness cases in the occupational disease reports were analyzed. The results showed that the noise deafness cases in the state-owned enterprises accounted for 54.78%, more than half of them; The second was foreign investment, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan investment and Sino foreign cooperative enterprises, accounting for 24.84%; Collective or private enterprises accounted for 17.81%. The economic distribution of the reported cases of noise induced deafness does not mean that the incidence of noise induced deafness in collective or private enterprises is low. The main reason may be that state-owned enterprises, foreign businessmen, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan businessmen and Sino foreign cooperative enterprises do better in occupational health monitoring than collective or private enterprises, and are more able to detect noise induced deafness patients in time 4 the reported cases of noise induced deafness involve 37 industries, and show the characteristics of industry concentration distribution. The analysis shows that the noise deafness cases reported by general and professional equipment manufacturing industry, manufacturing industry, ferrous metal mining, smelting and rolling processing industry are respectively in the top three; Coal mining and washing industry, nonferrous metal mining and processing industry and metal products manufacturing industry also reported more than 100 cases. The noise deafness cases reported by the above industries accounted for 60.24% of the total reported cases of noise deafness on March 1, 2013, the 2013 national ear day workplace noise hazards and hearing protection Summit Forum, sponsored by China Occupational Health Association and co sponsored by 3M company, was held in Beijing. Zhang Baoming, chairman of China Occupational Health Association, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Leaders of relevant units and enterprises also participated in the activity
