1. Product introduction
The eyewash is dipped with ABS on the outer layer of SS304, which can resist corrosion of various chemicals. Only the eyewash part is directly installed on the wall of the factory site and connected to drinking tap water; When the chemical substance is sprayed on the eyes or face of the staff, open the eyewash part of the wall-mounted eyewasher to rinse the injured eyes and face with a large amount of water. The washing time is more than 15 minutes.

There is fixed drinking tap water at the application site. If there is no fixed water source, The
water source pressure requirement of the portable eyewash should be 0.2~0.6 MPa. If the water supply pressure is lower than the above pressure, the customer needs to inform STGSTG. When STGSTG produces the eyewash, it will modify the internal structure of the eyewash to meet the technical requirements of the eyewash standard
The eyewash is dipped with ABS on the outside of stainless steel 304, which can resist corrosion of various chemicals.
The eyewash does not have the function of antifreeze, and must be suitable for use in areas where the ambient temperature is higher than 5C.
Use water source temperature: 16~38. (The temperature value of the water source is solved by the on-site water supply) It is
directly installed on the wall of the work site.

3. Performance characteristics:
stainless steel SS304 is coated with bright yellow ABS, which can resist corrosion of various chemicals.

Melting temperature: 184~186.
Burning attributes: self-extinguishing type.
Resistance to boiling water: more than 2000 hours.

IV , Installation requirements:
general principles,
install near the hazardous work area, generally 10 or 15 meters away.
The time to reach the eyewash in a straight line should not exceed 10 seconds . The
eyewash
must be connected to drinking tap water.
Use water pressure of 0.2~0.6MPa
within the radius of 2 meters of the eyewash, and no non-explosion-proof electrical switch can
be installed.

5. Operation instructions:
Push the eyewash handle to open the eyewash valve, and the eyewash water will automatically spray from the eyewash system; after use, the eyewash handle must be reset to close the eyewash ball valve and reset the dust cover.
