1. Product introduction
The eyewash has the function of automatically emptying the water inside the eyewash to achieve the purpose of antifreeze. The equipment is made of stainless steel SS304, which is resistant to acid, alkali and salt. Corrosion with oily chemicals, only the eyewash part is installed directly on the wall of the factory site and connected to drinking tap water; when the chemical substance is sprayed on the eyes or face of the staff, open the eyewash part of the wall-mounted eyewash Rinse the injured eyes and face with a large amount of water for more than 15 minutes.

There is fixed drinking tap water at the application site. If there is no fixed water source, The
water source pressure requirement of the portable eyewash should be 0.2~0.6 MPa. If the water supply pressure is lower than the above pressure, the customer needs to inform STGSTG. When STGSTG produces the eyewash, it will modify the internal structure of the eyewash to meet the technical requirements of the eyewash standard
The eyewash is made of stainless steel SS304, which is resistant to corrosion by acids, alkalis, salts and oily chemicals.

3. Performance characteristics:
The eyewash device is made of stainless steel 304, which can resist the corrosion of acid, alkali, salt and oil chemicals, but it cannot resist CL-, F-, sulfuric acid and chemicals with a concentration of more than 50% oxalic acid. The corrosion of the substance is
only the eyewash part and not the spray part. It can only wash the face and eyes.
The eyewash device is equipped with antifreeze function when connected to drinking tap water . It is suitable for areas where the ambient temperature is higher than -5C. The
pipe fitting material SS304 is used. Fitting thickness: 3.0mm, fitting thread: NPT
Inlet size: 1/2 inch FNPT, this size can be adjusted according to the customers site.

IV , Installation requirements:
Generally , the installation should
be near the hazardous work area, generally 10 or 15 meters away.
The time to reach the eyewash in a straight line should not exceed 10 seconds . The
eyewash
must be connected to drinking tap water.
Use water pressure of 0.2~0.6MPa
within the radius of 2 meters of the eyewash, and no non-explosion-proof electrical switch can
be installed.

5. Operation instructions:
Open the eyewash valve by gently pushing the eyewash handle by hand, and the eyewash water will be automatically sprayed from the eyewash system; after use, the eyewash handle must be reset to close the eyewash valve and automatically drain the water in the eyewash part. Reset the dust cover.
