Safe construction operation and protective measures for scaffolders

1. Scaffolders belong to the special operation personnel stipulated by the state, they must be trained by relevant departments, pass the examination and work with certificates. The experience should be conducted once a year. Those suffering from hypertension, heart disease, anemia, epilepsy and not suitable for work at height are not allowed to engage in shelf work< After accepting the task, the scaffolding team must carry out safety technical disclosure to all the team members according to the characteristics of the task, and clarify the division of labor. Hanging scaffold, door scaffold, bowl scaffold, tool scaffold or other new scaffolds, as well as floor scaffold and other non-standard scaffolds with a height of more than 30m must have the design drawings, calculations and safety technical disclosure approved by the superior technical department before they can be erected. At the same time, before erection, the leader of scaffolding team shall organize all personnel to be familiar with the construction technology and operation requirements, and determine the erection method. Before erecting the scaffold, the team leader shall lead the scaffolding workers to inspect the construction environment, the required tools, safety protection facilities, etc., and the operation can be started only after the hidden dangers are eliminated 3. Personal protective equipment should be used correctly in the operation of scaffolding. They must wear safety helmet, safety belt, flexible clothes and soft soled anti-skid shoes. They are not allowed to wear plastic soled shoes, leather shoes, slippers and shoes with hard soles or nails. During the operation, we should concentrate our thoughts, cooperate with each other, and command each other in a unified way. 1t is not allowed to pass tools and parts up and down by throwing. Banter and banter are forbidden. Rest should be under the shelf, rest on the ground. 1t is forbidden to go to work after drinking 4. The shelves should be set up according to the progress of the project, not too high at one time. For unfinished scaffolds, when the scaffolder leaves the work post (such as rest or off duty), no unfixed components shall be left. Measures must be taken to eliminate unsafe factors and ensure the stability of the scaffolds. After the scaffold is erected, it must be checked and accepted by the constructors and safety officers before it can be used. 1n the process of use, should be inspected frequently, and the scaffold that has been out of use for a long time must be inspected before it is restored to use, and it can only be used after it is identified as qualified 5. The uniform load per square meter on the floor type multi pole external scaffold shall not exceed 270Kg, and only three layers of standard bricks are allowed to be stacked on the side. The concentrated load shall not exceed 150 kg per square meter. The scaffold used for decoration shall not exceed 200kg. The load of the scaffold and other types of scaffolds that bear the heavy load of the hand-propelled transport vehicle shall be in accordance with the design requirements 6. The grillage and scaffold of high-rise building construction site are higher than the surrounding buildings, so lightning protection is required. 1f the lightning protection device is beyond the protection scope of adjacent buildings and structures, the lightning protection device shall be installed. The high pole on one side of the grillage and steel pipe scaffold can be lengthened to make it 2m higher than the top as the lightning arrester, and the grounding wire shall be set at the lower end of the high pole. The impulse grounding resistance of lightning protection device shall not be greater than 4 ohm 7. The laying width of the shelf shall not be less than 1.2m. The scaffold board shall be fully paved, no more than 20cm away from the wall, and no gap or probe board is allowed. The overlap of scaffold board shall not be less than 20cm. Two rows of small cross bars shall be erected during butt joint, and the spacing shall not be greater than 20cm. The scaffold board should be overlapped at the corner of the shelf. Wooden block shall be used for the flat scaffold board, and it shall be nailed firmly instead of brick pad 8. The laying width of the feeding chute shall not be less than 1.5m, the slope shall not be greater than one to three, and the spacing of anti-skid strips shall not be greater than 30cm 9. 1 m high protective railings and 18 cm high toe boards should be tied to the outside of scaffold, ramp and platform 10. The laying width of the scaffold in masonry shall not be less than 1.2m, and the height shall be 20cm lower than the outer wall. The distance between the brackets of the inside peddler shall not be greater than 1.5m, and the foot of the bracket shall be provided with a cushion block, which shall be supported on the structure that can bear the load. When the double-layer frame is erected, the upper and lower brackets must be aligned, and the diagonal braces shall be tied between the brackets 11. When the height of the wall is more than 4m, a safety net or protective baffle which can bear 160kg must be set up outside the wall. A fixed safety net should be set on the second floor and every four floors of multi-storey buildings. At the same time, a safety net is set up to improve with the construction height 12. When dismantling the scaffold, fence or warning signs should be set around the scaffold, and special person should be assigned to take care of it, and no one is allowed to enter. Demolition should be carried out in sequence from top to bottom, one step at a time 13. To remove the large cross bar and cross brace of scaffold, the middle buckle should be removed first, and then the two end buckles should be removed, and the middle operator should go down the pole 14. Removed scaffold pole, scaffold board, steel pipe, fastener, steel wire rope and other materials. 1t should be passed down or hoisted with rope, and it is forbidden to throw it down
