Classification of civil blasting materials storehouse:
permanent storehouse: all kinds of general storehouse and sub storehouse that have been stored and used for more than 3 years
temporary warehouse: all kinds of general warehouses, sub warehouses and distribution stations that have been used for less than 3 years
ground warehouse, buried warehouse and chamber warehouse
the external safety distance between the permanent civil blasting material warehouse and surrounding villages, residential buildings, factories and facilities (such as highway, waterway, railway line, high-voltage line, etc.) shall be determined according to table 4.3.2 in code for safety design of civil blasting material factories (GB 50089-1998)
the external safety distance between the temporary civil blasting materials warehouse and the surrounding villages, residential buildings, factories and facilities (such as roads, navigation channels, railway lines, high-voltage lines, etc.) should be selected according to table 2-14. Then the coefficient is multiplied by the distance specified in table 2-15
when there are multiple warehouses in the civil blasting materials warehouse area at the same time, the internal safety distance must be set to ensure that there is no sacrificial explosion between warehouses:
the distance between A1 level warehouses or charge piles shall not be less than the provisions in table 2-16
the distance between A2 Level warehouses or drug stacks shall not be less than the provisions in table 2-17
the distance between grade A3 warehouses or drug stacks shall not be less than the provisions in table 2-18
