Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We will ship all the orders within two business days, excluding holidays after received.

In rare cases because of unforeseen events, (e.g. extreme weather, unusual spikes, etc.), this shipment processing times may be delay.


Transit time count begins after the carrier picks the order up. The ship day is day 0 in the count to calculate transit time. We make deliveries Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Standard: 7-10 business days transit time for US and Canada. May take up to 20 days in some other countries. Orders going to a PO Box, US Territories, military APO/FPO/DPO, or rural area addresses may take longer to deliver.


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number (s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

You do not require proof of signature for delivery unless order exceeds $1,500 value. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the package. The discretion of the carrier may leave the packages at the destination address. For Canada, shipments exceeding $2,500 CAD require verbal consent by customer to UPS Brokerage, allowing formal entry to proceed at no additional charge to the customer.


Standard Shipping: Delivers in 7-10 business days.

We base shipping charges on order totals, excluding tax and gift wrap.
