Technical requirements of safety helmet

1. Size requirements

the size requirements of safety helmet are as follows: inner size of cap shell, visor, brim, vertical spacing, horizontal spacing, wearing height, protrusion and vent

among them, vertical spacing and wearing height are two important size requirements of safety helmet

the vertical distance refers to the axial distance between the highest point of the top of the head and the inner surface of the helmet shell (excluding the space of the top bar) when wearing the helmet

the size requirement is 25 mm ~ 50 mm

the wearing height refers to the axial distance from the bottom edge of the helmet hoop on the side of the helmet to the highest point on the top of the head when wearing the helmet

the size requirement is 80 mm ~ 90 mm

if the vertical distance is too small, it will directly affect the stability of the helmet. 1f either of these two requirements is unqualified, it will directly affect the overall safety of the helmet
