1. Check before operation to make sure the safety protection device is complete and effective
1) the structural components of the mixing plant must be connected firmly and reliably, and the limit device and brake must be sensitive and reliable
2) the control system of electrical and pneumatic weighing device is safe and effective, and the safety device is reliable
3) the control room is grounded and the lightning protection device of the main building is in good condition
4) the lifting bucket, wire rope and conveyor belt of the conveying device are not damaged
5) the inlet and outlet gates are flexible and in place
6) the air compressor and air supply system operate normally without abnormal noise and air leakage, and the pressure should be kept within the specified range
7) obvious safety signs must be set in operation area, material storage area and operation area
